"Rodger and Drew, father and son team and owners of Day Star Electric are superb electricians. I have contracted with them multiple times for complex lighting solutions to simple installations. Day Star are on time, get the job done promptly, without problems. Day Star is always busy so you have to schedule with them in advance, but I wouldn't contract electrical work to anybody else."

"Drew and Hans of Day Star Electric recently came to my home to install some track lighting. They were very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They quickly evaluated the different power source scenarios and selected one that required only one access hole through the ceiling so that they could drill through an aluminum rafter. The placement of the lights is perfect for our needs. We were also amazed at how clean Drew and Hans kept their work area! We did not need to do any cleaning after they left our home. We highly recommend Day Star Electric."

"Drew & Hans were fantastic. Knowledgeable, punctuale, responsible, and polite. Fixed a problem after 4 other electricians couldn't figure it out that I have been having for over a month.

"Squeezed me in to their busy schedule for a two day job of replacing rotted underground pool pump and pool light wiring. Nice clean job with several improvements. No more worries about pool lights and old conduit. Good to go for years to come. Naturally not cheap for any electricians but well worth the price with this father/son company."

"Day Star was the 8th company I met with. Soon after meeting Roger, I knew they were the ones I would hire. We just bought a home and had to replace the panel box. Roger also looked at the list of electrical needs on our home inspection report. He took the time to look into what could be wrong with the 2 bedroom outlets that didn’t work, everyone else just said it would be at least a few hundred $s to fix. Roger had to understand more clearly what was wrong before he could offer a quote. His son Drew and their colleague Hans all worked on our house. They are all great, timely, clean, respectful. This has not been my experience with other contractors and our new home. They care about their customers in a way that’s not transactional. I really appreciate them and comforted to know I can trust their work and recommendations."
